GSA Sales Reporting (TDR), Explained

GSA Sales Reporting, which GSA calls Multiple Award Schedule Transactional Data Reporting (MAS-TDR), is the monthly line-item sales report a MAS contractor files in the FAS Sales Reporting Portal (SRP) once its contract comes under TDR. Each month’s report is due within 30 calendar days after the month ends, a month without sales is still reported as zero sales, and the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) is figured on the sales you report.

These guides take it one question at a time, for a services contractor that reports by file: what TDR is and when it starts, the due dates and GSA’s 2026 grace and trial periods, the upload file column by column, the IFF, SRP’s ways to report, rejections, corrections, the “cannot find items” message, services rows, credits and discounts, and what a spreadsheet has to get right. Each states GSA’s rule and names the GSA page it comes from.

These guides describe GSA’s published rules. EG TDR Reporter checks every row of your month against GSA’s published reporting rules before a file exists, and each GSA contract gets one free month.
